The traditional Ph.D. dissertation (in the shape of a manuscript) usually gets the structure that is following

  • title web page ( web page # 1),
  • dining table of articles (content),
  • listing of conditional abbreviations (if available, can also be put during the end regarding the thesis),
  • introduction,
  • four chapters (there might be 2 or 3 chapters),
  • conclusion,
  • practical tips (in dissertations on pedagogical specialties),
  • sources and annexes.
